      Price: $310 per week

      3. Monthly Sessions:

      Sessions: 12 sessions per month (3 sessions per week)
      Duration: 1 hour each
      Price: $1,250 per month

      Description: Our most exclusive plan caters to dedicated clients. This monthly package provides a significant discount compared to single and weekly sessions, offering three premium sessions per week for a comprehensive fitness program, accessible through online or in-person coaching.

      • All sessions are one-on-one and meticulously tailored to individual fitness goals, ensuring a personalized experience whether conducted online or in person.
      • Nutritional guidance and progress tracking are integral components of all plans, ensuring a comprehensive and elite training experience.
      • Sessions can be scheduled at your utmost convenience, with adjustments possible with advance notice.


      Payment Options:

      Payments can be made in advance for the month or on a weekly basis, reflecting the exclusivity of our services, whether you choose online or in-person coaching. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and online transfers.


      Cancellation Policy:

      A 24-hour notice is required for session cancellations, whether for online or in-person sessions. Failure to provide notice may result in a charged session, highlighting our commitment to respecting our clients' time and the exclusive nature of our service.

      Custom Plans:

      We recognize the uniqueness of everyone's fitness goals and schedules. Customized plans are available upon request, with pricing adjusted accordingly to meet the unparalleled needs of our esteemed clients, whether opting for online or in-person coaching.
