  • This form can be used to make a deposit toward your membership.

    Your deposit will take up to five business days to be credited to your account.

    If you wish to pay for a six or twelve-month membership upfront, please complete our Student Enrolment Form and select the upfront payment option.

  • The minimum deposit is $100. Please increase the number of payments.

  • The maximum deposit is $1000. Please reduce the number of payments.

  • Upfront Deposit Terms and Conditions

    • Upfront deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
    • Please ensure you have specified the correct fortnightly payment for your membership or Training Plan. This amount is specified on the Payment Agreement or Direct Debit Agreement Form that you completed when you enrolled with us.
    • Your upfront deposit will be credited to your account balance, and your fortnightly payments will be charged to this balance until it runs out.
    • Once your account balance runs out, your fortnightly payments will revert to being debited to your bank account.
    • Please allow up to 5 business days for your upfront deposit to be processed and the credit applied to your account balance.

    A receipt for your upfront deposit will be emailed to you.
