Reservation Request Form - Shows at Tenney Theatre

Please fill out a separate form for each grade or grade grouping. For example, if you want to request performances for a grade K-3 group and for a grade 4-6 group, please fill out separate requests. If you want to attend multiple shows with the same group, you can fill out a single form and select multiple shows.
Pricing for School Shows

The grades listed are the target audience, and are not strict limits.

The schedules for Too Many Mangos and The Pa‘akai We Bring are full; all requests for these shows are being placed on a waitlist.

Preferred: We will try to schedule those days/times as much as possible.
Available: We will schedule these if none of the Preferred options are available.
NOT available: We will not schedule those days/times at all.

Note that all days/times are set to Available by default. You will need to change your Preferred and NOT available choices with the drop-down menus.

Wednesday 10:30 performances are the hardest to fill, due to lack of availability of buses from Ground Transport - the issue is that taking you back to school at 11:30 (when the show ends) is too late.

If you use Roberts Hawai‘i or if your school has its own buses, and are able and willing to schedule Wednesday 10:30 shows, it would help us to schedule more groups on our hardest-to-fill performance of the week. Please confirm availability with the bus company beforehand.

Early show times for Winnie the Pooh and Bunraku Too, The Great Race, Pā Ka Makani, The Pa‘akai We Bring, and Too Many Mangos are almost completely full, so it is highly recommended to list some availability for later show times. If only early show times are listed and your group is too large to fit into any such performances, you will be scheduled for a later show time and be put on a wait list for an early performance.
