Routine Vaccination/VFC Clinic Registration
These Vaccines for Children (VFC) clinics are meant for uninsured/underinsured De Pere children 18 years of age and younger needing ANY routine/seasonal vaccination OR those 19 years or older needing ONLY a Tetanus/Diphtheria/Pertussis (Tdap) vaccination regardless of insurance. For adults without insurance needing other vaccines, please visit N.E.W. Community Clinic at https://www.newcc.health/. For children and adults WITH insurance, please see your primary care provider or local pharamcy for vaccinations.

- HPV (human papillomavirus)
- Hepatitis A
- Hepatitis B
- Hib (haemophilus influenzae type B)
- Meningitis/meningococcal groups A,C,W, and Y

- MMR (measles, mumps, rubella)

Seasonal AS SUPPLY ALLOWS (6 months-18 years old uninsured/under insured):
- Influenza (flu)
- COVID (2024–2025 Moderna)
- RSV
ADULT (19 years old and over, regardless of insurance):
- Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis)

De Pere Health Department does not bill insurance and can only administer state supplied vaccines to specific populations. If your child is insured and vaccines are included in the coverage, please see your Primary Care Physician (PCP) or a local pharmacy for vaccinations. If you need assistance or have additional questions, please call us at (920) 339-4054.
Recommended vaccines will be determined by the nurse based on availability, age, and previous vaccines received as indicated in the Wisconsin Immunization Registry (WIR). Vaccine information sheets (VIS) for each recommended vaccine will be provided at the appointment for the patient/parent to review.

If you/your child has received vaccines outside of Wisconsin that may not be in the Wisconsin Immunization Registry (WIR), please bring or send (deperehealth@deperewi.gov) your/your child's records to De Pere Health Dept prior to your appointment.
