VFC Monthly Vaccine Clinic Registration

Routine Vaccination/VFC Clinic Registration
These Vaccines for Children (VFC) clinics are for children 18 years of age and younger with NO insurance OR who are eligible for or on Badger Care/Medicaid needing ANY routine/seasonal vaccination.

We are also able to administer Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis) only to adults (19+) without insurance/if insurance does not cover Tdap.

For adults without insurance needing other vaccines, please visit N.E.W. Community Clinic at https://www.newcc.health/.

For children and adults WITH insurance, please see your primary care provider or local pharamcy for vaccinations.
