2024 Gate Pass Request Form

One-Day Gate Passes for 4-H, FFA, Youth, and Collegiate Activities at The Big E
Please fill out this form in its entirety prior to August 15, 2024. We highly recommend that you submit your requests as early as possible. Printable passes will be emailed on a first come, first served basis. Forms received after August 15th will experience processing delays.

You must fill out one form per vehicle for each day that you will be attending The Big E.

A note to 4-H and Youth Working Steer Administrators: This form is intended only for 4-H and Youth Working Steer teams that are arriving by bus. If your delegation is not coming by bus, please click here to fill out the 4-H and YWS Activity Participation form.
