Personalised Care Institute Health and Wellbeing Coach training is our level three training. Some coaches opt for additional team (group) supervision- this is our level four training offer.

As of June 2025 our handouts are all in one canva document

If you are training at level one the only online form you will submit is the Hand Model exercise. Those of you training at levels two and three will use this form to book online coaching sessions and this form to submit reflections on using the approach.

    - Level one : CPD training (beginner and foundation level e-learning only) - we suggest 4 hours over one month click this link to view our level one time line .

    - Level two: Fast track training includes e-learning and one coaching session (one to one)- we suggest 10-14 hours over 2- 3 months. This level is intended for people already working as a coach and wanting to upskill in trauma informed approaches and / or working with children, young people and families - click this link to view our level two time line.

    - Level three: Personalised Care Institute (PCI) Four Day Health Coach or Health and Welllbeing Coach accreditation. European Quality Award (EQA) accreditation with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) as having completed training as a coach at foundation level. This level includes e-learning, three coaching sessions (one to one) and access to peer mentoring - we suggest 32 hours over 4 months but it is possible to complete the training more quickly than this - particularly for experienced staff able to ring fence time who have a group of people they know who would be happy to be coached. The training has an 'apprenticeship' style and the 32 hours includes working with people, embedding the approach, metaphors and psychoeducation tools and then reflecting and talking through what went well and what went less well.
