The MESS Hall will accept payment in many forms, including cash, check, or credit card. Frequently we are asked to send an invoice. To reduce confusion and make the payment process as seemless as possible, please provide the email for the school bookkeeper to whom any invoices should be sent.

Which dates are you interested in for the Outreach program? We will coordinate final dates with you.*

Pricing of many of the school day programs can vary based on the number of classes. We will clarify pricing details when we reply to finalize dates. Unless noted as supported by grants, there are fees for all of our outreach programs.

What time frame is available? Please note constraints like lunch.*

Family Science Nights are very popular, and many schools are interested in similar dates. To help you in planning which dates you'd like to request, we will note unavailable dates here as much as possible. Currently, many dates are open.

Once we schedule the program, we will send a variety of resources to help all of the teachers prepare their classes and chaperones for the experience. We would appreciate if you would provide the emails of the other teachers who are participating so we can send them information directly, saving you time.
