Billing Details
Upon receipt of your submission, a formal invoice will be provided to your billing contact within 2 business days by the International Cooperation and Service Center, CAAC. All currency is transacted in Chinese RMB.
- Invoices must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date.
- If this sponsorship is reserved within 30 days of the event, payment is due in full before the Event opening date, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
- All remittance is due in Chinese RMB.
- Upon submission of this form, you will receive a email confirmation summary with the form details.
- As a courtesy, your sponsorship will be reserved for you. If payment is not received within 30 days, your sponsorship will automatically be released for resale and you will be subject to cancellation fees as stated in the Terms and Conditions on the next page.
