Easy Spa Parts Return Policy

Unused parts can be returned within 30 days of delivery, with authorization, less a 25% restocking fee and shipping. Please read these guidelines before requesting a return.

1. Authorization is required. Fill out the Return Form below. For a defective part, use the Warranty Form instead. We will review your request and send you an RMA number and return instructions. Returns sent without an RMA will not be refunded.
2. Return window. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days we cannot accept a return.
3. Condition. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original packaging, with all parts and components. Items with residue, scratches, dirt, cut cords or cables, or signs of installation cannot be returned.
4. Non-returnable items: 
   • Special-order items
   • Installed items, or items where installation was attempted, including circuit boards and topsides (warranty claims excepted)
   • Mechanical and electrical parts: fuses, transformers, sensors, flow switches, ozonators, thermostats, hi-limits, relays and contactors
   • Filters removed from their original wrapping
   • Chemicals, pillows and headrests
   • Tubing, or custom items
   • Refurbished items after their 90-day warranty
5. Restocking fee. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns unless the item is confirmed defective under warranty or we made an error.
6. Return shipping. You are responsible for shipping costs both ways unless we made an error. Ship with a traceable, insured service and mark your RMA number on the outside of the box. Items remain your responsibility until they reach us. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
7. Refunds. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, less the restocking fee and shipping.
8. If we made an error. If we shipped the wrong item, we will send you a prepaid return label and ship the correct item at no cost to you.
9. Orders outside the lower 48. You are responsible for all shipping costs in both directions. Orders shipped to Canada are not returnable, so please review product details carefully or contact us before ordering.

 Before you install, please note:

• Control systems and circuit boards are not plug-and-play. They require correct component voltage setup and spa configuration. See "Technical and Installation" on the product page and the wiring schematics on the back of the spa pack cover and circuit board. Never buy a board based on appearance alone.
• Do not install an upper control with silicone before testing it. Do not cut cords or cables.
• Manufacturers change a part's appearance over time without affecting how it works. We cannot accept returns because the part looks different.
