For over 70 years, Youth For Understanding USA (YFU USA) has successfully carried out its mission thanks to the efforts of thousands of volunteers across the country and many more around the globe. The YFU spirit is embodied by the individuals and families who devote their energy, experience, and empathy to every student.

With your help, YFU USA can continue to advance intercultural understanding, life-long learning, global competencies, mutual respect, and social responsibility through transformational educational exchanges for generations of youth, families, and communities. YFU volunteers not only help change the lives of students, but help change the world.
