Please prepare an electronic copy of the following documents (in pdf format for documents and jpg format for pictures):

1. School Recommendation signed by the Dean/Head of School

2. Application letter stating the object and areas of interest.

3. Resume

4. 2x2 Picture Recent ID Picture (white background)

5. Waiver - Terms and Conditions for Student OJT (Duly Notarized) Download Here.

6. Certificate of Good Moral character from the School

Note: Please bring a valid NBI Clearance on the day of your interview.
