Sponsorship Request Form

Those not qualifying for a CU West CARES Charitable Foundation grant may request financial support through the form below.

Please submit your request for a program or event at least 90 days before the start or launch of the event. Communication from Credit Union West will be directed to the person specified within the application. This person must be an authorized representative of the organization that is seeking the support.

We will evaluate all eligible requests on a case-by-case basis. If we are not able to grant your request in full, we may consider alternative options of support. Submission of an application does not guarantee that a contribution will be made.

RESTRICTIONS

At this time, we are unable to accommodate requests for the following areas:

Individuals - including study, research, and travel grants
Sports teams - whether they are for schools, amateur or professional leagues
Political candidates or initiatives - including political action committees and campaigns
Personal events – such as graduations or parties
Outside Field of Membership - Organizations, non-profits, and activities that exclusively operate outside of Apache, Cochise, Coconino, Gila, Maricopa, Mohave, Navajo, Pima, Pinal, Yavapai or Yuma counties.
