IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT ON-SITE CLASSES:
- Minimum class size is 15 students.
- If you select a class that includes Wheelchair Securement & Lift Operation, the training site must include space for placement of a 3'x6' wheelchair demonstration platform.
- Within a few days of submitting this form, you'll receive an email from the trainer about specific training day details, including class date and time.
- Members will receive course completion certificates within 2 weeks after the class and will be invoiced for the class at the beginning of the following month. Non-members will be invoiced prior to the class.
NOTE: The package class previously called DHS/DDS Transportation Training is now called Transit Driver Training Package.
