How To Prepare For Your Visit:
Your Hair:
Please arrive with hair washed within the last 24 hours of your appointment. Ideally, use minimal product, but it's not mandatory.
Parking:
There is plenty of stress free parking right outside the front of the salon. There are 2-3 spots right up front or you can park anywhere on the street. Just don't park in any of the lots around us.
Payment:
We accept every major credit card and have Apple Pay available.
Inspiration Photos:
It can be very helpful to have visuals of what you're looking for. Try your best to come prepared with a few inspiration pictures of what you're looking to achieve. They can just be saved on your phone.
The Experience:
Customizing Your Experience:
You'll receive a text the day of your appointment with a short, required digital form that you'll fill out prior to your appointment time. Within this form you' have the opportunity to choose which essential oils you'd like, what you'd like to drink, if you'd like a more relaxing or more energetic experience and more!
Once You Get Here:
When you arrive in the parking lot you'll go ahead and check in to let us know that you're here. You'll then come into the lobby and let someone know your name and we will let your stylist know!
The Salon:
The salon is located at 526A N Interurban St. Richardson, Tx 75081 we are located next to Eiland Coffee. You can park anywhere on the street and in front of the salon.
The City Hippie Experience:
Every service package includes an essential oil-infused hot towel head wrap and relaxing scalp massage treatment. These are all complimentary, and also optional. If you're uncomfortable with any of the above, you'll have the option to opt-out of them the day of your appointment. We have plenty of snacks and drinks to keep you comfortable during our experience. You can view our list of snacks and drinks available within the City Hippie Studio App.
The Salon Policies:
Cancellation Policy: I understand any appointment with City Hippie not cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled date and time will prompt the implementation of City Hippie Studio's cancellation policy protocol. You will be charged 25% to your card on file of what the scheduled services were valued at.
Saved Payment Method: I understand and agree to my payment methods being safely and securely stored on file using City Hippie Studio's POS system. City Hippie Studios's POS system uses Stripe, the world's leading secure and PCI compliant online payment processor.
Redo Policy: I understand if I would like something regarding my service that was spoken about in the consultation tweaked after leaving my scheduled appointment, we will be pleased to accommodate you free of charge in most circumstances. For said complimentary service to be done, this request must be made within 7 days of your initial appointment. I understand no refunds are allowed under any circumstance.
Product Return Policy: I understand a very lightly used product may be returned by the next scheduled appointment I have. I will make sure to reach out to City Hippie Studio with my concerns as soon as possible after using the product.
Salon Etiquette: Discriminatory/Derogatory statements & actions are prohibited in the salon and will not be tolerated. By reading and agreeing to this statement I have read and understood all City Hippie Studio's Policies found in the Digital Welcome Packet sent to my email and stated in this memo. I agree to have my payment info saved and stored securely.
