  • The 2025 FNEAC Conference will feature a dynamic lineup of sessions designed to help businesses and communities identify, analyze, and seize economic opportunities. With a focus on sustainable business success—ensuring ventures thrive for years to come.

     

    Tickets for the conference are priced at $500, but an OFNEDA First Nation Community Membership grants the Primary Member (but not the Secondary Member) free access, Associate Members get one free conference ticket, and an Entrepreneur Membership grants 50% off their purchase price for the primary member (but not the Secondary Member).

  • There will be a Gala Evening on Tuesday, September 16, 2025.

    All conference attendees may attend the gala free of charge. All you have to do is RSVP "Yes" Below.

     

    You can also register an additional guest for the Gala Evening who will not attend the conference.

    The price of an additional registration is $95.

    As part of the afternoon agenda on Wednesday September 17, 2025 we will be offering 2 options:

    • An off-site tour of local First Nations related sites on Fort William First Nations within Thunder Bay
    • A hands-on craft workshop with a local artisan at the hotel.

Exhibitor booths are available for $1200, unless you're a sponsor or speaker, in which case they may be complimentary.

    Event Cancellation Policy


    We strive to provide a positive event experience for our delegates, exhibitors, presenters
    and all guests, and therefore, we have the following Event Cancellation Policy in place to
    ensure we are being fair to all parties.

     

     

     

    Event Payment & Cancellations


    We ask for all payments to attend the FNEAC event to be made, in full, at the time of registration. This will guarantee your spot for meals and scheduled activities.
    If you will be unable to attend the event, you can transfer your registration and send a replacement within 7 days prior to the event start. Please contact OFNEDA at
    ed@ofneda.ca to provide the new contact for the transferred registration.

     

     

     

    FNEAC Event dates: September 15-18, 2025


    A refund will be issued based on the following considerations:
    Prior to 91 days - full refund ($500) - before June 15
    0-90 days - 80% refunded ($400) - June 16-July 17
    30-59 days - 60% refunded ($300) - July 18-Aug 17
    15-29 days - 40% refunded ($200) - Aug 18-Aug 31
    7-14 days - 20% refunded ($100) - Sept 1-Sept 7
    Less than 7 days - no refund ($0)

     

     

     

    Low Attendance or Extenuating Circumstances


    While it does not happen often, we may need to cancel an event due to low attendance or other unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, we will notify you via the listed email address and/or telephone number provided at registration and will refund all registration fees.

     

    In exceptional circumstances other refund arrangements may be considered and will be to the sole discretion of OFNEDA.
