Please note we are a training facility so we dont have spare equipment on site for your party to use. Everyone must BYO their equipment.

Terms & Conditions

$100 deposit for a party must be made up front on submission of this form and is non-refundable. Any further changes to your booking must be made at least 24 hours before the party by contacting us on either 0411 565 420 or email info@levelupskatepark.com.au

All children remain at the responsibility of the parents/guardians at all time and must ensure that all guest behave acceptably and abide by the rules of LVLUP.

A group LVLUP Waiver must be understood and signed by the organiser of the party.
