PLEASE NOTE: Swimming lesson students are entitled to 8 weeks of free suspension per calendar year. This allocation INCLUDES our scheduled break periods: a 2-week mid-year break and a 5-week summer break. When requesting suspension throughout the year, please be aware that no additional suspension time will be granted for these break periods.

9.1 Suspension by you – Membership Direct Debit Membership
9.1.1 You may voluntarily suspend your membership not exceeding a total of 12 weeks per 12 months
(calendar year) by completing suspension via the suspension form. Any suspensions beyond the first 28
days will incur a suspension fee.
9.1.2 Upon providing a medical certificate your membership can be suspended at no charge. Medical
suspension cannot exceed an 8-week duration. Any medical suspension can only be backdated to a
maximum of 5 days from submission of suspension request form.
9.1.3 A minimum two-week period must be nominated to suspend your membership payments.
9.1.4 Your Direct Debit Minimum Term will be extended by an amount of time equivalent to each
Suspension Period
9.1.5 You may not suspend your membership if you have given written notice terminating this Agreement.
Paid in Full membership
9.1.5 If your Membership Type is Paid in Full – your Paid in Full Term will be extended by an amount of time
equivalent to each Suspension Period during the
Paid in Full Term.
6 months membership = 2 weeks maximum suspension per contract
12 months membership = 4 weeks maximum suspension per contract

9.2.4 You may not suspend your membership if you have given written notice terminating this Agreement.
