Our Commitment to Quality: Handling Manufacturer Faults and Defects
At UK Bathroom Warehouse, we are dedicated to delivering the highest quality and reliability in our products. We recognise that sometimes, issues may arise post-purchase, potentially due to a manufacturing defect. Here's our process for addressing these situations to ensure clarity, resolution, and compliance with UK consumer law:
Immediate Attention: Upon reporting a suspected product fault, we promptly document your case and initiate the review process.
Expert Assessment: A joint assessment may need to be conducted by experts from UK Bathroom Warehouse and the manufacturer to accurately diagnose the issue.
Regular Updates: Our customer service team will keep you informed about the progress of your case, actions being undertaken, and expected outcomes.
Fair Resolutions: If a fault is confirmed as a manufacturing issue, we manage all necessary steps for replacement, repair, or refund, negotiating directly with the manufacturer to cover all associated costs, ensuring compliance with your statutory rights.
Limitation of Liability: While we negotiate with manufacturers to cover costs like shipping and handling, please be aware that consequential losses such as installation costs may only be claimed if they were a foreseeable consequence of the fault at the time of purchase.
