Overview
- Prepare and cook menu items with accuracy, consistency, and a sense of pride in presentation.
- Uphold the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, and personal hygiene — no exceptions.
- Follow prep lists, station organization, and kitchen procedures to keep service running smoothly.
- Communicate clearly and remain composed under pressure — especially during high-pressure situations.
- Support your teammates and have fun while hitting goals together in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required. What matters most is a strong work ethic, a love for great food, and the drive to grow with a brand built on quality and intention.
Pay Range: $14-15.50 per hour + Tips (Tips average $5-8 per hour)

Our Shift Leads are the bridge between the team and management — setting the tone, pace, and energy for every shift. At With Love, Always, we’re looking for motivated, positive leaders who know how to keep things running smoothly, support their team, and uphold our standards of quality, hospitality, and care.
Overview
- Assist management in planning, organizing, and executing daily shift operations.
- Lead by example — keeping the team safe, productive, and focused while maintaining a fun, upbeat environment.
- Communicate clearly and proactively to ensure strong teamwork between Front and Back of House.
- Keep the restaurant picture-perfect and ready for guests at all times.
Shift Lead Responsibilities
- Oversee food quality, accuracy, and consistency during service.
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards across all stations.
- Support inventory tracking, prep levels, and daily operational checklists.
- Complete daily logs, maintenance reports, and shift recaps with attention to detail.
- Assist in training and onboarding new team members, reinforcing company culture and expectations.
Previous leadership experience is preferred but not required — what matters most is a passion for people, strong communication, and the ability to lead with love in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
Pay Range: $16.50-17.50 per hour + Tips (Tips average $5-8 per hour)
