    How to use this form and make the most out of Ambassador training
    1. Give us your details. Fill in your practice ODS code and how you'd like to be matched to an Ambassador.

    2. Decide whether you'd prefer the session to be in-person or virtual.  
      • If you select in-person, your Ambassador will contact you to arrange a visit to their practice. Many teams use this as a shadowing opportunity to see triage in action.
      • If you select Virtual, you can click the available links to book a date and time that works for you with your chosen (or any other) Ambassador.
    3. Join the session. Hear their story, see how they engaged staff and patients, and discuss practical areas such as adapting to the GP contract, redesigning your appointment book, or patient communication strategies.

    4. Put ideas into practice. Each session is designed to give you clear, actionable steps you can take back to your own team.

    This suggests that you are already progressing on your triage journey. Our ambassador training is currently tailored for those practices at the beginning of this process.
