1. I registered for OCS 2025 using Eventbrite during OCS 2024, do I need to re-register?
· No, your registration is valid, and we will honor your ticket. Effective January 1st, all future tickets are sold through JotForm. The JotForm ticket platform allows attendees to quickly fill out the ticket form and quickly pay using google or apple pay with lower administrative fees.
2. How do I contact the OCS planning team for questions?
· For any questions or concerns, please reach out to the team at GLAONSOCSPlanning@gmail.com
3. How are attendees notified about event updates and NCPD/ CEUs?
· Keep an eye out for emails with updates. We will utilize the email address used at the time of registration for sending notifications for this year’s OCS, such as updates on the agenda, parking, CEUs etc. Remember to confirm your email after registration to ensure you are up to date. All information will also be posted on the OncologyCareSummit.com website as it becomes available.
4. Will all nurse attendees receive a scholarship, is there a limited number, or do I need to apply?
· Scholarships will automatically be granted to all nurse attendees who meet eligibility criteria. Refer to the event Registration JotForm for eligibility criteria. Attendees must attend the full day (No sign-in after 9AM) and be present to pick up the check in the evening after the conclusion of the event. Ticket sales are limited to the number of nurses we are able to accommodate.
5. Are students and non-licensed medical professionals able to attend OCS?
· Due to regulatory compliance of our vendors, funding, high demand, and limited space, tickets are reserved for practicing nurses. We are not able to accommodate prelicensure nurses or non-licensed medical professionals. A license number is required for registration.
6. What is the Learning Resource Center?
· The Learning Resource Center (LRC) features exhibits sponsored by pharmaceutical and other educational organizations. Nurse registrants will have opportunities throughout the day to visit the exhibits and learn about the latest oncology treatments and services, medical devices, support equipment, career opportunities, and more. The LRC will be open from 6 AM to 3:10 pm on September 27, 2025.
