As per our agreement and company policy, we require all employees to provide a minimum of 15 days written notice before voluntarily resigning from their positions. This notice period allows us to ensure a smooth transition and maintain continuity in our operations.
Please be aware that failure to provide the required 15-day notice may result in the forfeiture of your final paycheck. This policy compensates the company for the disruption caused by an abrupt departure without sufficient time to make necessary arrangements.
You cannot miss work. If you do, you must let the company know within 24 hours in advance. To return to work, you will need a doctor's note, which you must send as soon as possible. If you do not provide a doctor's note or do not notify us, we will assume that you have abandoned your work schedule. This may result in the loss of your last paycheck.
The first two (two) days of work will be training days, and payment for those days will only be made after 30 days of Work. If you abandon or resign from work before 30 days, the first two days of training will result in a loss of payment.
The signing of this document does not exempt the need to formalize other contracting documents, which will be presented at the appropriate time. Any documentary or contractual irregularity may, at the discretion of US Hospitality, result in the retention of any payment due.
