You are required to MAIL all original Certificates of Registration to the Registry for sign-off for a TRANSFER to be complete. Original will be returned to you.
Transfers at the time of Registration

Due to limitations with JotForm, we can't allow an easy way to transfer lambs at the time of their initial registration. If you plan to transfer lambs to new owners at the time of their registration, the new owners must be a current member of HSSR. If they are not currently a member of HSSR, the New Membership process needs to be completed before the transfer can take place. Transfers to existing members still requires you to complete this form for each sheep including the current owner's name and member number.
