REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS FOR WHOLE CEBUCHON:

Reheat your Cebuchon at 400F For 30 minutes on the lower middle rack. Make sure to keep an eye on it. Don’t forget all herbs in the Lechon Belly are ready to eat. Just chop and enjoy.
HOT HOLDING INSTRUCTIONS FOR CHOPPED CEBUCHON:

Take off the tray cover. Preheat the oven to the lowest setting (usually 200F), once ready, turn off the oven. Put in the tray with chopped Cebuchon and let residual heat hold your food.
