    • INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE:

      • Cebuchon is smoke roasted, vacuum-sealed and frozen to preserve peak flavor and moisture.
      • Other meats are marinated, vacuum-sealed and frozen. 
      • Although each box is carefully packed with ice packs and picked up for immediate shipment, it is normal for ice packs and the meats to partially or fully thaw during shipment.
      • Upon receipt, please cook, refrigerate or place in the freezer.
        Thaw products in the refrigerator for 24 to 72 hours depending on the density of the item.
      • Cebuchon may be stored in the freezer for up to 3-6 months. 

       

      COOKING INSTRUCTIONS FOR CEBUCHON:

      • Fully thaw Lechon belly to prepare for cooking. This may take 2-3 days in the chiller.
      • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
      • Place Lechon belly on the lower middle rack in a roasting pan, baking pan with a rack, or directly on the oven rack with a pan under to catch drippings.
        Cook for 1 hr. 30 Mins. until skin is crispy and meat internal temperature reads 165 F
      • Rest meat before serving. All greens & herbs are ready to eat. Just chop and enjoy. 

       

      GRILLED CHICKEN COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

      • Bring the grill up to medium high heat (about 400 F) and ensure grill grates are clean.
      • Grill chicken on direct heat (directly over flame) for 3-4 minutes per side (the bigger the thigh the longer you will need to cook it), flipping once.
      • Remove from the grill once the internal temp has reached 165 degrees F.

       

       GRILLED LIEMPO COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

      • Preheat your grill to Medium/high heat (400˚F).
      • Add pork belly in a single layer and grill 3 minutes per side
        Grill until cooked through and meat reaches at least 145˚F internal temperature
      • Rest meat before serving.

       

      TOCINO COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

      • Cook in a pan over medium heat.
      • Add tocino. Simmer until water is reduced.
      • Once water has evaporated it will start frying.
      • Toss occasionally. It will burn easily due to sugar content.
      • Remove from heat and enjoy

       

      REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS FOR WHOLE CEBUCHON:

      Reheat your Cebuchon at 400F For 30 minutes on the lower middle rack. Make sure to keep an eye on it. Don’t forget all herbs in the Lechon Belly are ready to eat. Just chop and enjoy. 

       
      HOT HOLDING INSTRUCTIONS FOR CHOPPED CEBUCHON:

      Preheat the oven to the lowest setting (usually 200F), once ready, turn off the oven. Put in the tray with chopped Cebuchon and let residual heat hold your food.

      Carrier Delay:

      We take enormous pride in every product we offer and strive to deliver them in the best possible condition on the requested delivery date. While there are many things we do to mitigate the risk of shipping frozen food around the country, there are unfortunately some things outside of our control like the weather and transit delays once the package is in the hands of the carrier. As such, the shipping guidelines published on this website are not guarantees of a shipping or arrival date.

      Pino Barbecue is not responsible for delays in transit caused by high package volume, weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disasters, terrorism safety control, local carrier mis-scans or inaccurate/incomplete shipping information, and we do not require a signature for the release of any shipment. Leaving a package at an address is ultimately up to the complete discretion of the individual delivery person and is therefore entirely outside our control.

       

      Delivery Times:

      Pino Barbecue is unable to guarantee the time of delivery, as this is all subject to the local carrier. Most carriers will deliver packages anytime between 8 am-10 pm. If you are placing an order for a time-sensitive event, we recommend placing your order early and scheduling it to arrive 5+ days before your event. A majority of our products can be frozen or refrigerated upon arrival to preserve freshness.

      In anticipation of high package volumes (especially during holidays) or other uncontrollable events, we may have your order shipped early to ensure that it arrives in good condition. Pino Barbecue reserves the right to schedule the arrival of your order earlier or later than estimated to prevent delays, based on operational conditions. 

       

      Signature Required:

      Pino Barbecue does not require a signature for the delivery of most of its packages. However you can request for signature upon delivery for a fee. Pino Barbecue is not responsible for packages that require a signature but are not delivered because no one is home to sign.


      Reroutes:

      Customers are responsible for checking that all shipping information is correct before submitting an order as well as in their order confirmation email. If you need to modify the delivery address once your order has shipped, a $19 address change processing fee will apply to your order. Once an address modification is requested, carriers require one business day to process the change, which may delay the package. Goldbelly is not responsible for delays in transit caused by address modification.


      There are no returns, refunds, or cancellations allowed on any orders that have shipped or have entered into fulfillment. All packages are shipped via USPS and therefore we cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses.
