    WE ARE EXCITED TO FORMALLY ANNOUNCE THE NCASA ADULT STATE CUP / CAROLINAS CUP

    This is an elite level event and designed for referees who are ready to challenge their skill and abilities at the adult amateur level. Competing teams are challenging for placements not only as tournament Champion, but for a spot in the US Adult Soccer Association’s National Finals. Referees signing up for this event should be prospective upgrade candidates, current upgrade candidates or current advanced grade referees. Referees participating at this event are expected to be fully available both Saturday & Sunday and expected to participate in the full weekends events. Selections for this event will take place over the course of the next 4 weeks. Those who sign up through the form below and submit the tournament code in to your Arbiter Custom Fields will be eligible for selection so long as you are 18 or older.

    **Friday night matches and Friday night Referee Meeting are pending and referees who sign up will be contacted individually concerning Friday availability after selections are made.

  • We will have some National Referee Coaches and Regional Coaches in attendance to do formal and informal training and feedback throughout the event for ALL referees regardless of grade.

  • National Official Canididates must have all evaluations and game count completed by July 1, 2025 to be eligibile for National Referee / Assistant Referee 2026. Referees working towards national candidacy after 2026 will be evaluated but cannot use National Evaluations outside the US Soccer Year they are applying.

  • All Evaluations must be paid prior to the event. North Carolina Referees that pay for assessments and we are unable to provoide one at this event will have the payment saved for future assessments. 

    Out of State Referees will be given payment information once accepted into the event

  • Below you will list the last Four Assessment / Evaluations you've had completed. This must be filled out in the following format:
