    FV Referee Request Form

    This form serves as an official process for clubs or event organisers to request match officials for their games or tournaments. Its purpose is to ensure the correct allocation of qualified referees and assistant referees for matches.

  • Referee Request Policy

    Football Victoria Referee's Department requires 7 days notice for all friendly fixtures (including gala days) and 21 days for tournaments. 

    • Admin Fee (2026): Match official requests for games within 2026 will incur a fee of 5% of the total cost of match officials for that game
    • Amendment Fee: Any changes to fixtures after submission will incur a $25 amendment fee per change, applicable to kick-off date/time, venue or age group;
    • Cancellation Fee: Any cancellations after submission will incur a $25 cancellation fee;
    • Any friendly fixture requests that are submitted with less then 7 days notice will incur a $50 late fee;
    • Any tournament requests submited with less then 21 days notice will incur a $75 late fee.

    We kindly ask that you submit your friendly fixtures in advance to allow sufficient time for us to organise match officials for your game.
