  • What to expect:

    On Friday June 20th vendors will have access to the event area starting 8:00am and must be completely set up by 11:00am. Vendors will be allowed to pull up their vehicals for unloading and loading.  Please note that no cars will be allowed in the festival area after 11am on Friday or before 8am on Sunday.  If a vendor would like to leave at any other time their belongings will have to be carried out.

    Each paid vendor spot includes:

    • A 10x10 area for tent and vending
    • Two camping tickets
    • Charging stations will be made available for charging batteries for lighting
  •  GENERAL RULES & INFORMATION:

    1.       Vendor to bring tenting, tables & chairs and either weights or tent pegs.  All tents must be secured to withstand 20 mph winds. Vendors are responsible for their own lighting. Generators wiil NOT be allowed.

    2.       Vendor fees are not refundable because they will be used for marketing.

    3.       No vehicles, vans or trucks will be allowed to remain by your vending spot; separate vendor parking will be available. 

    4.       No food or beverages may be distributed from your area without prior consent and health department sign-off.

    5.       Please remove all items and trash to appropriate areas prior to leaving at the end of the event.

    6.        PLEASE NOTE:  VENDORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CARRYING ALL REQUIRED STATE CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES (IF APPLICABLE) FOR THE ITEMS THEY ARE SELLING.

    7.        Vendors are responsible for all state and federal taxes

    8.        No pets
