2025 YMP Participant Registration

REGISTRATION AND ATTENDANCE GUIDLINES:

To qualify for entry into this fun, educational, and motivational camp-in weekend program, youth and parents/guardians/chaperones will agree to:

1) Take an active role in the various opportunities offered throughout the weekend acording to individual comfort levels.

2) Attend the Young Performer's Showcase on Saturday Afternoon to support those youth who have been chosen to perform on the Adult Azalea Stage.

3) Attend the MANDATORY Saturday Morning Meet and Greet Youth Breakfast Meeting no later than 9:45am.

4) Be between 5 yrs and 23 yrs of age, OR an alumnus of the program and performing with other 5 - 23 yr olds, OR be an alumnus youth mentor.

5) One parent/guardian/chaperone must be on the grounds of the Florida Sand Music Ranch with their minor child(ren) at all times.

6) Read and agree to the Program Guidelines. (See Link Below.)

As participant(s), my permission is granted for any photographic, audio, and visual recordings that may be taken during the Will McLean Music Festival to be used for publicity or educational purposes for the Festival and the Foundation. (Examples: Website, Posters, Social Media, etc.) If applicable, I understand I am required to provide supervision as I am responsible for my child(ren) at all times during the Festival.
