  • Application Information

    Please make sure you have carefully read the accreditation procedure and criteria before completing and submitting an application for accreditation for the FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX 2025. Criteria may be found HERE.

  • Please submit requests for content creation, influencer and content creator activities here for consideration. The deadline for all social media requests: Monday, October 20, 2025, 11:59 p.m. PT. 

  • Please submit requests for national or local radio and podcasts here for consideration. The deadline for all radio or podcast requests is 11:59 p.m. PT on Friday, October 17, 2025.

    International radio stations must apply directly to the following Formula 1 media accreditation contacts: John Manning, jmanning@f1.com. 

  • As your application indicates a request for broadcast, film, and audio recording, you must submit your request through Formula 1 Media Rights for review. All broadcast, film and audio recording requests are subject to review and approval by the Formula 1 Media Rights Team.

    BROADCAST, FILM AND AUDIO RECORDING: US television stations and international television stations based in the US, video, filming for social media, vloggers, podcasts, websites/platforms wishing to produce video, sound or audio recordings, as well as international radio stations must apply directly to the following Formula 1 media accreditation contacts:

  • As your publication is based outside of the United States, you must submit a race-by-race application for accreditation through the FIA for consideration. All international requests from publications or agencies for race-by-race or permanent accreditation must be made via the FIA’s Accreditation Management System: F1.ams.fia.com.

    Requirements: 

    • Photos should be front-facing, in color with a light or plain background.
    • No hats, head coverings or sunglasses unless worn for a medical or religious reason. 
    • Please name the file as your first and last name. Example: FIRST_LAST.jpg
    • File must be a JPG, JPEG or PNG image file less than 2MB. No PDF files.

    Websites/Digital Media: To be considered, websites are expected to receive at least 250,000 unique users per month on their Formula 1 coverage. However, reaching this traffic level does not automatically grant accreditation.

    The applicant must submit audited traffic figures for the last three years (expressed as unique IP addresses per year) together with a geographical breakdown of users (i) for the website or (ii) in case the website is not a website dedicated to the Championship, for the Championship section of the website.
