2025 Audition Appointment Calendar

To schedule an appointment, please fill out the information below. Contact auditions@stagesstlouis.org for any questions.
Season Audition Dates

Chorus Dance Call: February 1

Sign-up will begin for AEA Members ONLY on
Monday, January 20 at 10:00am CST.

Sign-up will open up for all on
Wednesday, January 22 at 10:00am CST.

All performers must be over the age 18 (as of May 1, 2025).
Please see breakdown for available roles. Visit StagesStLouis.org/Auditions for audition materials.
 
Please sign up for a morning or afternoon slot below.  Once Sign-ups close, you will be assigned a specific time during the time frame you have selected and that will be sent to you via email.
 
Sign-ups close at 12pm CST (noon) on Thursday, January 23 and emails will be sent by Saturday, January 25.

All AEA members will receive first priority in receiving time slots.

Callbacks:
Murder for Two Callbacks will take place on
Friday, January 31

Austen’s Pride and Beautiful Callbacks will take place on
Sunday, February 2. 

You will be notified by 9pm on the evening prior to the scheduled callback, if you have received a callback.

On the Audition Day, please bring with you:

1. A Photo ID/AEA Membership Card (if applicable)

2. Current Headshot & Resume
Depending on what you are auditioning for, you may or may not be asked to read a side provided in the links below. Please bring sheet music to sing in the style of, or from the show you are auditioning for. Also, bring your book of music and an accompanist will be provided.

Contract:
STAGES works under a L.O.A. to C.O.S.T Equity contract.  Each season we hire a select number of non-Equity actors.  All performers not signed to an Equity contract are hired with pay.
