This survey is being conducted by the Province of PEI in collaboration with TIAPEI, in order to better understand living and working conditions of people who play music on Prince Edward Island; professionally, semi-professionally, and recreationally. The results will be used to address challenges and barriers, and to discover what's working well and needs further investment.
If you would like the option of being selected in random prize draws, or to be added to a mailing list that keeps you in the loop on where this study goes, you can provide your name and contact details, but this is optional. While the results of the survey may be shared with relevant industry bodies, your privacy is assured - your name and personal details will not be shared OR connected with your survey responses.
Focus groups of Island artists have been consulted in the creation of this survey with regard to the questions, the way in which they're worded, and whether they're even the right questions! You will be asked the same questions different ways, in order to get you thinking in different ways about your answers.
