Thank you for your interest in a puppy from Caldera Golden Retrievers! The following form will be used to help us get to know you as a prospective puppy owner. We are looking to select the best puppy for you and your family! Our goal is long term success and a happy and healthy life for both you and your new family member.

We will use the following information to guide further conversation in selecting the best homes for our golden retriever puppies.

Once reviewed, we will reach out to set up an interview with you about your answers and needs.

As breeders, we have a limited number of litters per year. We are going to select homes that best fit the puppies we have. We are not first come first served. It may take time to find the right fit for you!
