Camp Details + Information

This camp is for kids who have completed 1st -5th grades.  We hope you’ll join your district family for a fun camp experience– an awesome speaker, lively worship, interactive stations, and exciting activities!  We can’t wait to see you there! 

Date: June 28-July 1
Check-In: 2:30 PM-3:30 PM
Checkout: 11 AM
Location:  Living River Retreat Center

Cost:  $150 through May 31
Late registration: $165 starting June 1

A $40 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit will be required to submit this form. The remainder of your camp fees should be paid to your church. Churches should bring one check for the balance owed.

To guarantee a camp t-shirt, you must register by May 28.  We’ll order a few extras, but once they’re gone—they’re gone! 

Housing:  Dorms are limited to 32 spots for girls/female chaperones and 32 for boys/male chaperones. Spots fill fast, so register early! 

Other Important Info:  At the end of this registration form, you will find a packing list available to download for your convenience and an attached form that MUST be printed and completed, including notarization, and returned to your pastor or children’s ministry leader.

Please note: Lice and temperature checks will take place upon arrival. Please keep your child at home if he/she is sick, has lice, or has been exposed to Covid 10 days prior to camp.
