4. Cancellation Policy & Agreement

TEWATASHI operates under a strict food waste reduction policy, and last-minute cancellations significantly impact our operations.
• Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the reservation time may result in forfeiting the deposit.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours before the reservation time may require full payment of the course fee.
• The restaurant will attempt to rebook your table using our waiting list. If another guest takes your reservation slot before the start of business on the day of your booking, your cancellation fee may be waived.
• However, this does not guarantee that the fee will be waived.

• This cancellation request does not guarantee approval. The final decision is at the discretion of TEWATASHI.
• We do not accept cancellations via phone, email, or any other method. This form is the only official way to submit a cancellation request.

I have read and understood TEWATASHI’s cancellation policy.
I acknowledge that my request may not necessarily be approved, and I agree to follow the restaurant’s final decision.
I also understand that if the name and time of my reservation do not match, the cancellation may not be completed correctly.
Therefore, I will make sure to check my reservation details and enter them accurately.
