Each spring the call goes out for DAA members to enter their properties in The Diamond State Multi-Housing Awards.

We have hired a new company this year to perform our Property, Leasing and online shops. Note: Property of the Year, Leasing Excellence will be secretly shopped. Maintenance shops will be scheduled in advance.

Updated on 4.29.25-Entry Fee: $310 for Property of the Year, Leasing Excellence and Maintenance Excellence Trilogy package.
