Pricing & Deposits | Submitting this form does not confirm your appointment. A quote will be provided for the piece or session(s). A deposit will finalize your reservation. This non-refundable deposit applies to your balance.

“I don’t know” answers are not allowed. If you are unsure, then please take a ruler and measure the area. Example answers: 1x1 or 2.5x2.This will give me a sense of how much time to allocate for the appointment. An estimate measurement is fine.

If you would like script in your tattoo, please find a font on dafont.com, list the font name & author below, and what exact wording will be.

Be specific with uppercase / lowercase letters for the wording. If no scripture, please type in N/A.
