Windows and doors are securely shut
✔ Double-check that all windows and doors are completely closed to prevent water from getting inside.
Remove all items from areas to be cleaned
✔ Front porch, back deck, patio furniture, grills, potted plants, and any décor should be moved away.
✔ If cleaning is not being done in certain areas, please ensure those areas are clearly marked or communicated.
Unplug and cover all exterior electrical outlets and fixtures
✔ Remove anything plugged into outside outlets.
✔ Cover outlets with waterproof materials (or notify us if you need help with this).
Notify us of any landscaping or delicate areas
✔ Let us know about any plants, shrubs, or garden features you are concerned about so we can avoid or protect them.
Pets are secured indoors or away from the cleaning area
✔ Ensure all pets are safely inside or in a designated area away from work zones.
Vehicles are moved away from the house and driveway (if applicable)
✔ Park vehicles on the street or in a location that allows clear access for our equipment and prevents overspray.
Notify us of any pre-existing damage or vulnerable surfaces
✔ If there are any areas you're concerned about (loose siding, old paint, cracked windows, etc.), let us know in advance.
Outdoor cameras and fragile decorations are removed or covered
✔ This includes doorbell cameras, hanging lights, wind chimes, etc.
Access to water spigot is available
✔ Make sure we have a working outdoor water source available and turned on.
