Welcome to the First Step of Your Participation in LISE 2025!

This form is designed to collect information related to the organization, supervisors, projects, participants, and the cultural event. Please do your best to provide complete and accurate information, including in the optional fields. Each delegation should submit only one form, covering all projects and participants.

This registration form must be completed by July 25th, 2025.

There are two additional forms related to rooming and travel:
- The Rooming Form should also be completed by July 25th, 2025, ideally right after this application.
- The Travel Form must be submitted by September 26th, 2025. However, if you already have the information, please complete it earlier to help us better prepare for your arrival.
You can find both forms also at the end of this form, to continue the registration easliy.

Please be aware that if the forms are submitted after the given deadlines, we cannot guarantee accommodation availability.

Additionally, there is a separate form for National Participants.

Conditions

To participate:
- International participants must be between 11 and 25 years old.
- Mobisciences program participants must be between 13 and 30 years old.
Due to space limitations, we must restrict participation:
- Each country may send only one delegation.
- A delegation can include a maximum of 3 laureates and 1 accompanying person (or 2 accompanying persons if the group is mixed).
- Each delegation may present up to 3 projects (one per participant).
If you wish to submit additional projects, please email register@fjsl.lu. We will place you on a waiting list, and once registrations close, we will inform you if we can accommodate more project teams.

Please note: Submission of this form does not guarantee registration. Once we review your submission, we will contact you to confirm your registration status.

Before Starting

Please download the Rules & Regulations here. This document must be signed by each participant and supervisor and uploaded as part of this form.

To complete your registration, make sure you have the following ready:
1. The signed Rules & Regulations.
2. A portrait photo of each supervisor and participant (JPG or PNG, 300 dpi).
3. A short video introducing the participants (one per delegation) in your native language. In the video, say: "Hello, my/our name(s) is/are (...), and I’m/we are from (your country). We are really excited to join you at LISE 2025!"
  The video should be around 30 seconds, in MP4 format, and landscape orientation.

As you know, we always host vibrant cultural evenings filled with lively exchanges!
We kindly ask you to bring a taste of your country to share with everyone, and we would also like you to prepare a short presentation.

Travel and Rooming

You’re almost done with the first steps of your LISE registration—thank you for your effort!

Now, there are two additional forms to complete: Rooming and Travel.
- Rooming Form:
  Deadline: July 25th, 2025
- Travel Form:
  Deadline: September 26th, 2025
However, the sooner you complete them, the better!
If you already have the information, please fill them out now to help us prepare the best possible welcome.

If the forms are submitted after the given deadlines, we cannot guarantee accommodation availability.
