  • The Finances

Equity and inclusion are core values of both Reloveution and Stony Point Center. To ensure that this programming is accessible and nonexclusive, and to honor the social sector’s current reality, the Changemaker Re(Boot) camp is being offered on a sliding scale. This is made possible by the generosity of sponsors, in addition to organizers and facilitators who are offering time and energy at discounted rates.

If you are interested in being a sponsor or supporting the experience with a financial or in-kind donation, you can learn more here.

    The Sliding Scale

    • The low point of the sliding scale represents our break-even number, meaning that if nobody pays above the minimum, there will be no profit from the experience, and organizers will not get paid. There is no shame in choosing this amount!
    • The mid-point of the sliding scale represents the true cost of the experience, what it actually takes to cover operational expenses and compensate organizers and facilitators fairly.
    • The high point of the sliding scale represents a pay-it-forward amount, helping to subsidize participation for others, support accessibility, and ensure those with fewer financial resources can also benefit from this experience.

In deciding how much to pay, we encourage you to make generous, open-hearted choices that honestly honor your personal circumstances and any privileges you hold. We also encourage you to pursue support from your employer if it is appropriate and/or use professional development funds if they are available.

You will receive the same high-quality experience no matter how much you pay.
