Individual On-Demand Course Registration

- To register for a course(s): Select a course(s), complete required fields, and click "SUBMIT".
- Student(s) will be enrolled in and receive access to the course(s) in 1-2 business days after submission of this form. Student(s) will receive course access information via email.
- Student(s) will have access to the online course(s) for 2 weeks after enrollment.
- You will be invoiced for the course(s) at the beginning of the month following the date of registration.
- The student will have access to a course completion certificate at the conclusion of each course. They can print off the certificate or save it as a PDF.
