    2025-2026 CONCERT REGISTRATION
  • Discover: Puzzle Pieces (Grades K-2nd) 
    "Puzzle Pieces" is an introductory concert designed for early elementary students. In this engaging program, students will learn about the different sections of the orchestra and the instruments within each family. They’ll explore the unique sounds of each instrument group and discover how all the parts fit together, like puzzle pieces, to create amazing music. Featuring classic melodies and the instruments that bring them to life, this concert highlights how the entire orchestra works together to make music exciting and fun.

    Cost: $7 per person (adults, chaperones and students)

    (FWISD schools tickets are subsidized on a first come first serve basis. When we reach capacity we will let you know.)

    Registration:

    All requests are processed in the order in which they are received, and we will try to accommodate as many requests as possible based on availability. Once processed you will receive a confirmation e-mail within four weeks of your request.

    Please Note: Registration will be first come, first served basis beginning August 7th. If the date you have chosen is full, we will reach out with other dates available.

  • Education Program Policies

    • We do not issue tickets; your group will be seated as you arrive. Chaperones must arrive and enter the venue with their school group. If chaperones/teachers will drive separately, please send their names in advance.

    • We recommend 1 chaperone per 10 students.

    • All students and teachers must have a school I.D. or nametag.

    • Bus drivers must always stay with their bus, and buses must remain at the venue  throughout the performance.

    • Please request any additional seats in advance; we will not be able to accommodate extra students or chaperones on the day of the event.

    • In the event of inclement weather, we will contact you that morning if we have to cancel your performance. If the performance has not been canceled, please contact us if your school is closed or delayed. We will attempt to reschedule your group.

     • Reservations are first come, first served basis. If the date you have chosen is full, we will reach out with other dates available.  

    Home School Groups

    • All group members, including children, should have a nametag so they are easily identified as part of that group. 

    • Please assign a meeting spot outside of the venue to wait for all group members. Everyone will be seated as a group.

    • Send the names of all adults attending in advance. The venues we work with require this for security reasons. 

    • Full payment should be made prior to the concert date.

    • We recommend children over 2 years attend our programs.

     

    Venue Policies


    • No food or drinks are allowed in the auditorium (unless it's for medical purposes).

    • Please leave big bags and backpacks in the bus/vehicle.

    • All phones need to be turned off or silenced

    • PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO: Flash photography, Facetime and recording are prohibited during concert.

  • Red Oak Foundation Book Donation of "Hello, World!Music"

    Through a partnership with the Red Oak Foundation Title I schools in FWISD may opt in to get copies of the book, "Hello, World! Music" for their kinder students. There is a limited number of books, so they will be on a first come first serve basis. If your school will receive books, the FWSO Education department will contact your administrative assistant and music teacher. 

     

    Requirements:

    A book reading needs to be done at your school the week of October 13th- 17th. The book readings can be done in individual classrooms or in a big group at the gym, auditorium, library, etc. (below you can specify days/times that work best for a book reading). We will send volunteers to the book readings. 

  • *FWISD Tickets Subsidized*

    FWISD schools will automatically be considered to get tickets subsidized. There is only a limited number of tickets available so it will be on a first come first serve basis. When we reach capacity we will let you know. If the date you chose hits capacity we will contact you with other options if available.
  • Photo and Video Release

    Please note that the FWSO photographs all educational programs/concerts. Any individuals in attendance at these programs may have their likeness captured. Photographs taken at FWSO educational programs are used for internal and external purposes, including social media. By typing your full name and the date below, you are acknowledging that you are aware of this information and are consenting to the policies contained in this form.

    Option 1: Pay before concert (please send within 1-2 weeks of the performance date) If you need purchase order number to be included in the invoice, please send PO# upon receipt of confirmation.
