All consultations are provided by a licensed medical provider (typically a PA, not a robot and not necessarily a doctor). In some cases, a collaborating physician may review your chart if required by law.
3. 📲 Text-Based, Not App-Based (Unless You Want)
You can message us via good ol’ SMS, but you’ll be reminded that SMS is not encrypted on your end. If you want bonus privacy, we offer the free Spruce app — fully HIPAA-compliant and encrypted. Your call.
4. 💵 Payment Terms
You won’t be charged until after your condition is reviewed and treatment is offered.
Once you agree and pay, there are no refunds — even if the medication doesn’t work as expected. That’s medicine, not magic.
We reserve the right to decline treatment if your condition falls outside our scope — no charge in that case.
5. 🔄 Results Not Guaranteed
Sometimes, treatments don’t work on the first try. That doesn’t mean anyone screwed up — it just means biology is annoying. If your symptoms worsen or persist, you may need an in-person visit with a local provider.
6. 🔐 Respecting Your Privacy
We store your medical information using HIPAA-compliant platforms (Spruce, JotForm, Stripe). We don’t sell your data, market to you, or let anyone snoop.
But again: don’t leave your phone unlocked if you’re texting us about your rash at a party.

All content, logos, branding, and original phrasing are the intellectual property of SkipTheTripRx. Don’t copy our stuff or reuse it unless you want a very boring legal email.

Don’t lie about your age, symptoms, or who you are. We’re offering convenient care, not loopholes. Abusive or fraudulent behavior will result in a permanent ban and possibly a formal report.
