💳 Payment Policy

Spots are limited. To reserve your child’s place, a non-refundable registration fee of $100 per child is required after submitting this form.
This fee will be applied toward your first week’s tuition.
Full tuition must be paid no later than 7 days before your child’s first registered week begins.
Payment is accepted via e-transfer to:

Disclaimer:

The Learning Hub (TLH) is a program offered by Beacons’ Early Learning Collective Inc. (BEL-C), a registered Ontario Corporation.

TLH Summer Studios are short-term academic enrichment programs and are not licensed childcare under the Child Care and Early Years Act.

We serve children aged 6–16 in small learning groups for fewer than 13 weeks per year.

All learning sessions and break times are supervised by trained educators and facilitators.

Parents/guardians are responsible for providing nut-free snacks/lunch daily.
