    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree or higher.

    Experience in teaching, lesson planning or supervising students in an education setting.

    Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.

    Ability to adapt to change and be flexible.

    Strong subject-matter expertise.

    Effective written and verbal communication skills.

    IT Requirements:
    Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) preferred.

    Certification in IT strongly preferred.

    2+ Years of hands-on experience with laptop and desktop break-fix

    Computer-building background experience preferred.

    General knowledge of laptop / desktop hardware and software including knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS.

    Ability to resolve basic / complex problems as directed.

    Understand BIOS & Hardware Diagnostics tools.

    Responsibilities:
    Teach Introduction to Networks (CCNA ITN)- A hands-on course where students do practical exercises using Cisco Packet Tracer simulation and physical lab materials to design and configure networks.

    Teach Routing & Switching (CCNA RSWE)- A project-based course that introduces students to routers, switches, and wireless devices.

    Guide Students on hands-on activities with Cisco Packet tracer simulation tools.

    Reinforce materials taught in the classroom with routers and switches in a computer lab that.

    Teach approximately 10-12 lesson (45 minutes each) in-person each week.

    Prepare lesson plans, create student assessments and record grades in Gradelink,

    school management database.

    Timeline: We are seeking a minimum commitment to complete Burao Academy 2025-20246 academic year, starting in August 2025 and ending June in 2026.
