2026 FitnessFest Presenter Application

Thank you for your interest in presenting at our FitnessFest events. Before completing the application, please take a moment to carefully review the following important information about our conferences:
- We kindly ask that applicants be available for the full weekend of the event. While you do not need to be available for any pre- or post-conference activities, full weekend availability helps us with scheduling and allows for greater flexibility. If selected, we’ll connect with you directly to discuss your availability, preferences, and any scheduling restrictions.
- To help streamline the application process, we recommend gathering your credentials and documentation in advance. This includes your resume or a list of relevant degrees and certifications (with expiration dates). A degree in a fitness or wellness-related field and/or a national certification (e.g., ACE, AFAA, NASM, ACSM) is required.
- Applications for FitnessFest are due by September 15th. If your application is accepted, we will follow up with confirmation. Selected applicants will also receive a sponsorship contract outlining the next steps.
Presenting at a national conference like FitnessFest is a wonderful opportunity to share your expertise, grow your professional presence, and connect with a passionate community of fitness professionals. We're excited to review your application!

Your Right to Your Personal Data. FitnessFest will keep and use the data you provide to us ("Data") for the following purposes:
To fulfill your request to register for this event.
To permit FitnessFest to view, process, modify, report on, or otherwise interact with the information contained in your registration in order to fulfill our obligations to you pursuant to your registration.
To permit you to re-access your Data for any purpose you deem appropriate and as permitted by FitnessFest (e.g. modifying selections after registration or changing personal information).

CORRECTION The right to correction and removal of your Personal Data;

FitnessFest will comply with such requests except to the extent that such a request relates to an event that has yet to be held for which you are a registered attendee or to the extent that removal of such information would violate any law or regulation. In order to effectuate the erasure of a data subject record, please contact FitnessFest at the destinations displayed atop our event website.
PORTABILITY The right to retrieve that data;
STORAGE Data submitted on the Website will remain in the United States of America on servers operated by FitnessFest. FitnessFest can only guarantee that it will not distribute Data without your express permission.
