    Send-Off Report

  • Match Officials must complete a send-off report if they show a red card to a team official or player.

For direct red card offences, Match Officials must provide a detailed description of the incident that resulted in the player or team official being shown a red card.

Match Officials should remember the "AFC Rule":

    A - Accurate

    F - Factual

    C - Concise

If this is your first send-off report or you are unsure how or what to write in your report, please ask your Referee Coordinator for assistance.

  • NOTE:  POST SEND-OFF INCIDENTS ALSO REQUIRE AN INCIDENT REPORT.

For example, you send off a Player for an R2 Violent Conduct and he/she then verbally abuses you. In this case, you must submit a Send-Off/Expulsion report for the R2 AND a Match Official Incident Report for the verbal abuse.
