Send-Off Report

Match Officials must complete a send-off report if they show a red card to a team official or player.

For direct red card offences, Match Officials must provide a detailed description of the incident that resulted in the player or team official being shown a red card. 

Match Officials should remember the "AFC Rule":

A - Accurate

F - Factual

C - Concise

If this is your first send-off report or you are unsure how or what to write in your report, please ask your Referee Coordinator for assistance.

NOTE:  POST SEND-OFF INCIDENTS ALSO REQUIRE AN INCIDENT REPORT.

For example, you send off a Player for an R2 Violent Conduct and he/she then verbally abuses you. In this case, you must submit a Send-Off/Expulsion report for the R2 AND a Match Official Incident Report for the verbal abuse.

By clicking on the "Submit" button you acknowledge and agree that:

(i) you are the match official whose FA Number and E-mail address are entered above; and

(ii) the above report is an accurate description of the incident (or incidents) that you witnessed.

Further, you grant Kanga Cup Disciplinary with approval to contact you for further information or additional reports as required.
