    Our goal is to help grow your business by providing opportunities to market your products and/or service as well as create environments to connect you with your ideal customer or client.

    Exhibitor/Speaker/Sponsor Application

    This is your application to be an exhibitor at the 2026 Atlanta Black Expo. This submission does not guarantee approval. Applicatons will be reviewed and approval/denial will be communicated within 48 hours via email. 

    If approved, you will receive an 'Acceptance' email with instructions on how to purchase your table.

    If denied, you will receive an email with reason and recommendations.

     

    Exhibitor Policies:

    • Exhibitors must be either black owned or black represented (the company is non-black owned but has black representatives).
    • Non-black owned companies/organizations can participate but must have at least one black representative present at the event.
    • To minimize on overlap, only 2 companies per industry will be accepted to exhibit. (example: once 2 candle companies have been accepted, no other candle companies will be allowed).
    • Table sharing of any kind is not permitted.
    • All sales are final. There are no refunds.

     Friday, February 20th: 11am-5pm

    Education Day (Speakers/Workshops), Exhibitor load-in

     

    Saturday, February 21st: 11am-5pm

    Exhibitor Showcase

     

     Sunday, February 22nd: 11am-5pm

    Exhibitor Showcase, Exhibitor load-out

     

    Location: Georgia World Congress Center

  • This expo will feature 350+ Black Owned exhibitors. 

    This event is open to all types of Black owned companies or Black represented companies. Here are some examples:

    • Product Based: art, music, authors, home/business products, etc.
    • Service: accountants, attorneys, bankers, insurances, and any other service based businesses
    • Art: canvas, print, photo, etc.
    • Non-Profit: any. Must have 501c3(6) status
    • Food/Drink: ***Please Read*** There is a video below with specific instructions. Please watch the video before you fill out this form.

    Introducing our

    'Exhibitor Rebate Program'

     

    Here's how it works:

    1. Purchase your exhibitor table.

    2. You will get a custom discount code which will save an attendee $5. Example: It reduces a $15 ticket to $10.

    3. Use this flyer/code and invite your entire circle to come see you at the event.

    4. Every attendee that uses your code, the $10 they pay will be rebated back to you, up to your exhibitor price.

    5. Refer another exhibitor/sponsor, receive a referral fee of 20% of their purchase price.

    6. After the event, we will let you know how much your code brought in. We will send you a payment for that amount or you can use it as a credit for a future event with us. 

    It is that simple…
