    Service Overview & Role Definition

    This pathway is used when Dr. Long is appointed directly by the court or retained as a single, neutral expert by agreement of all parties. In this role, Dr. Long serves as an agent of the court.

    Notice Regarding Confidentiality: There is no confidentiality or privilege with any single party in this pathway. All communications may be discoverable, and the final report will be provided to the court and/or all parties as directed by the court order or stipulation agreement.


    Evaluator Qualifications

    Dr. Long maintains licensure under the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PSYPACT), authorizing telepsychological services in participating states.

    Jurisdictional Limitations: Services are not available in non-PSYPACT jurisdictions.


    Evaluation Protocol

    All evaluations are conducted remotely via secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. This service is not available for detained individuals or locations lacking reliable internet connectivity. The person being evaluated must be physically located in a PSYPACT-participating state during all sessions.
