Bronze Award Report Form
Bronze Award Girl Scouts have the option to celebrate with your troop, or to join us in celebrating this achievement at our Leading the Way awards ceremony on April 18, 2026. If you celebrate at the ceremony, anyone not in attendance will still receive their Bronze Award and certificate after the event. If you opt to have items mailed, we still welcome you to attend the event, but will not have additional certificates and pins to provide.*

What happens now?
After you submit your report, the report will be reviewed and you will recieve a congratulatory email confirming that Badgerland has recieved it.

If you opted to celebrate at the award ceremony, you will be mailed a congratulatory letter and a formal invitation to the event.

If you opted to have the items mailed to you, you will be sent a troop congratulations letter, Bronze Award celebration kit and Bronze Award pins in the mail. You should receive this letter, kit and pins within 10-13 business days.
